DONT RENT HERE. Ever since Apartment Gallery took over management about 1.5 years ago, I’ve hated living here and look forward to moving out. Management is all about corporate operations and making money. We have had a good amount of maintenance requests that get done very poorly or not at all. Two big examples- we are on the third floor and there are water stains on the ceiling after heavy rains. Management’s fix? To spray paint over the stains ….. Which left white paint specks on our furniture!!!! Including a pet ash box. Like really?? the biggest issue we have had is squirrel issues in our furnace closet and in the attic against our ducts. We have called so many times and they still haven’t done anything. About 2 months ago we literally had a mother squirrel and babies in the furnace

Another apartment management company in York, PA that gets away with scamming multiple applicants in application fees for (1) apartment or selectively choose who they want to rent to. I applied as a co-signer for an apartment for my f/t college son who also happens to work f/t. Submitted the application on 9/1/2025 with a move in date request of 9/12/2025. Leasing office called me, verified some application details and acknowledged my move in date request. I as told that it would take no more than a week to process the application and get an answer. After following up a few times with the leasing office, they FINALLY called me with an approval at 12:30pm Thursday 9/11/2025. No apologies or explanation as to why they would call an applicant less than 24 hours before the move in date request

I lived at this complex for a total of 4 years. And have a few general items for anyone considering this complex. For one, it's an apartment, it has the typical apartment highs and lows, you will hear your neighbors, but in all honestly it's not bad, typically. The units are a great size, with great closet space, and the new owners do seem to be trying to rennovate units as they can. I do believe the price is becoming very steep for the units. When I moved in I paid $1040 which I thought was fair, my most recent renewal would have been north of $1600, and I know new tanents are being charged even more. Personally, I think it's steep, but that's up to you. Parking was never an issue for me, although they have added reserved handicap spots now right at the front, handicap is fine, but hav

The place is dirty, with waste scattered across the parking areas and all common spaces. You have to install your own curtains or shades, but people resort to covering their windows with random pictures and hanging laundry on the balconies. There's no grass—just dust, or mud when it rains. The buildings are old and poorly maintained. The AC units are noisy, the kitchen cabinets and bathrooms are outdated, and I had to clean the apartment myself just to make it livable. I requested maintenance I requested maintenance, but the building is simply too old and urgently needs to be updated. There’s trash everywhere—bottles, food containers, pet waste, cigarette butts. It looks like a dumpster, and nobody seems to care. SAD! I’m looking forward to moving out and finally living up to true American

Well maintained environment, freidndly ,property is very clean and the staff are very professional and welcoming. Would recommend this place if anyone is looking for a place to live maintenance crew is amazing and the property management is great.
