Do NOT book with this company. Had a place booked with them, and they refused to let us reschedule even after offering to pay more. Feel scammed out of $600.

Hill’s property has to be the most frustrating experience I’ve ever had with an apartment complex. After move out, I’ve gone back-and-forth and we are still caught in an endless cycle of emails and calls for over 2 months now. They are claiming we owe $251 on top of the cleaning fees. I’ve asked for photos or proof and they cannot provide it and I’ve gone back-and-forth and we just get caught in an endless cycle of emails and phone calls. Horrible customer service and problem solving. It’s absolutely so unprofessional and stressful. The property won’t respond to Hills and apparently there is no statute of limitations where this can be dropped for no response or proof. Absolutely pick any other property management company when looking for apartments.

As a tenant with an educational background in criminal justice and legal studies, I approached my lease agreement with care and awareness of my rights. Unfortunately, my recent experience with Hills raised serious concerns. When I attempted to address a warning of a charge that did not appear in my lease, I was not met with a response from the office. Despite making formal complaints through the Better Business Bureau and the Attorney General’s office, I received no meaningful response, which gave the impression that the company feels beyond the reach of oversight or accountability. As a tenant, I felt dismissed, and I share this experience to encourage others to document their interactions carefully and to push for better treatment and transparency from those managing their homes.

If you like your apartment to leak water and nothing to be done about it this is the place for you kate and Jen the property managers will give you gift cards for your trouble and lie about changes but they will never happen . Rent at your own risk this place is a dump !!!

Unfortunate experience. I had been reviewing apartments for a couple of weeks and notice that one on my list dropped in price to $1200. The same day it dropped, I contacted the agent to confirm availability and was told (via email) that now the price is almost $400 higher even as it was listed on Zillow for the aforementioned price. Seems pretty suspect and could be interpreted in many ways but I'll allow you to come to your own conclusion. I informed the agent and nothing was done to make my interaction with this business worth a higher rating than provided.
