Hills at Greenbriar Apartments

This place has always been a horrible place to live. Please listen to uour reviews and do better. These apartments have so much potential if they get the right management. I moved out of there 9 years ago and nothing has changed. There used to be a very bad mold problem there, lots of crime, trash everywhere, tons of abandoned apts, the list goes on. Building 36 was the worst with the mold and put on the news. Please do better 🙏🏾

DONT MOVE HERE. rats are running all round the complex. The plumbing/sewage is messed up and it smells really loud out. Sewage flies are everywhere. There is a huge hole in the parking lot where the rats are entering and they are not even caring to fix it. Maintenance do not keep the place kept. Trash is everywhere. Many drain covers are missing. They have no security, gun violence is pretty prevalent on the premise. My car window was shot out and the next day i was warned to fix my window in two days or they will tow it. THE PEOPLE THAT WORK IN THE OFFICE ARE COMPLETE LIARS

The property manager is very hospitable and the staff are tremendously kind and helpful. The area is quiet and peaceful

The renovations were the reason for me wanting to move this area. The convince to shopping, dining, parks and schools. The neighbors are pretty quiet in my building.

Picked up a car from here. Quiet during the day but I’m unsure about how it s at night.
