Hillpoint Preserve Townhome Apartments

We moved in about a month ago and we have no regrets. Rent is a little pricey, but worth it. The home is so spacious and beautiful. The application process was smooth, thanks to Shelby. I honestly have no complaints. We love our home. I would absolutely recommend anyone looking to feel at home to move here.

I moved in about a month ago, and I am really enjoying my townhome. Shelby in the front office was extremely helpful and patient with all my questions. She made the move-in process very easy. I only briefly met the maintenance staff, but they seem very helpful and friendly, too.

So far the experience has been Great ! Shout out to Shelby with being flexible & super helpful with me especially while deployed ! Communication was on point , appreciate everything you do Shelby !

I love my new home! Shelby made the process easy and when I was having trouble viewing my documents she was so helpful. Very nice personality, loved talking with her. I urge you if you're looking for a new home this is the place and Shelby will most definitely take care of you.

We’ve lived here for four months and it has been amazing! The move in process was so smooth thanks to Shelby! The area is clean and quiet. Our kids feel safe and have a good time playing outside. Our home is very comfortable and spacious.
