Hillcrest Heights Apartments

This is a pretty great place and better than our NIGHTMARE of an experience at our last place. I appreciate the dog friendly nature and the frequent care of dog waste disposal units. Other than this we have had no issues and and appreciate the quick turnaround of maintenance requests of which we have had only a couple! Overall, our experience has been very pleasant.

Olivia was the most friendly and enjoyable tour guid I’ve had for a while. Olivia did such a great job answering every question to the best of her abilities and putting all other options on the table and considering me and my roommate!!

The apartments are ok. Certainly noisy considering how everyone slams their door when they leave, but otherwise not too bad. Reason for the one star review is their garbage management. It took me 29 days and countless phone calls to get my security deposit back. It got so bad that they ended up blocking my phone so I couldn't find out what was going on. It wasn't until I threatened legal action with a demand letter that they suddenly refunded me. This entire ordeal was a massive headache. I'm glad they refunded me but to block my phone number when I was just trying to get some explanation is reprehensible. I never would've left this review but that crosses a line. Thank god I had chatgpt to guide me otherwise I doubt I would've been able to do anything considering I moved out of state and

We moved into the second building while the third building was still being finished. Everything is new and updated. We love our apartment, it’s the perfect size and price. The community is friendly and quiet. The move in process was easy. Everything was digital and online. Devon is knowledgeable and great to work with. Definitely recommend. Updated 6/22/21: 5 Star move-in experience, 4 star living and 4 star move out experience. Headline: We experienced some new apartment growing pains but were always supported by the management team with anything that came up. My husband and I lived here for two years. I believe we were one of the first tenants to move in. Beautiful apartments, this management company offers the best kitchens you can find at any apartment in town! We have only ever had positive experiences with management. When we moved there in 2020 only one of the three buildings was finished. The complex gave us the wrong address upon move in and it took time to get this corrected with the post office. Management credited us the cost of getting a PO box in the interim. One of many examples of the great customer service they provide. We moved because we wanted a larger space and more amenities and we chose to stay with Real Property Management at another one of their properties. Highly recommend them. The only knock I have about Hillcrest Heig
