i lived there for 3 years and it was the most poorly run establishment I've ever lived in. rent goes up every 4 months it seems. getting any repair work done takes an act of Congress. I'm no expert on tenants rights but I know the owner blatantly violates them at will with no regards to the lives of the people he's hurting. STAY FAR AWAY
Nice place as far as care is concerned . You have to watch out for property disappearing. My oldest brother was there and I brought a new oscillating fan for him but it disappeared.
There not the most fancy looking apts outside but they are great on the inside very cheap and has absolutely no bugs that's what I love the most
