Hillcrest Apartments

This place is terrible. The worst place I have ever lived. It is cheap, but you don't get what you don't pay for here. They do nothing for pest control. There are roaches and mice everywhere. Even the managers office is in disarray and trashed. They keep huge trash cans in the way of parking in the parking lot. But hey it was cheap and supposed to be temporary, right? Well, then they start losing my money orders and claiming I owed them money. I began looking for somewhere else to go. Once other apartment complexes began calling them for my renters history, the owner there went and filed an eviction on me. He dropped the eviction after I showed up yo court with proof I paid. I tried to apply for these apartments but after I was denied. They will not give my paperwork I need to get another place.

I did pay rent late and was given 5 days to pay. I paid in three days. Then AFTER I PAID $950, I was served with notice to vacate! They "lost" my money order! Stay away from this place! They kick out residents, over charge in rent, never repair anything, have mice and roaches! Horrible place to live!

Worst apartments ever wouldnt recommend anyone stayin here...the outside of the apartments looks busted.....i moved in a few months ago and before we mobed in they told me to write down anything that needs to be fixed....they never fixed anything...maintenance dont do there job...the landlord is very rude and unprofessional...when i first moved in we didnt even have hot water and when i told maintenance about it they said that they were gonna send someone up to fix it....no one ever came...i had to keep going down to the office to tell them...we didnt have hot water for 2 weeks...i never stayed in apartments that look like these ones do... its ridiculous....plus the rwnt too expensive for jus a one bedroom

No good place to live you well live to regret it I'm glad we moved out of that hell it's not worth the money 950 for a 2 bedroom ac not work but he will take you to court if you move IL Ben gone since 8/3 22 he trying to take me to court he a joke
