Welcome to HILLCREST APARTMENTS...I have lived here 3 yrs and Enjoy the Environment ,Quality of the Construction, Location Safety, Super Responsive-Maintenance Team " TONY AND ROBERT" and Highly Competent & Friendly Team of Liz (management) & Catara ( sales and support). I'VE LIVED IN THIS NEIGHBORHOOD ALL MY LIFE, THIS IS AN VERY SAFE PROPERTY 🎉 Access to public transportation is excellent 😍 walking distance to college of DuPage and Morton Arboretum... Located just off of I-355 & I-88 In the corner of Downers Grove Lisle and Wheaton, 10 minutes from downtown Naperville You have direct access to Chicago and all the suburbs DuPage County parks and Forest reserves are all around along with canoeing, hiking, fishing, kayaking etc Hope you enjoyed this unsolicited review Bill R RENT PRICES

It has been a pleasure living here at Hillcrest apartments. The maintenance team and office staff are so nice. It is a quiet community and close to everything you need! Love that they allow dogs now too. It has been great the last 5 years here. We will miss some of the people we have met throughout our time here as we have bought a home and will need to say bye. Thank you for everything!

I have lived here at Hillcrest in Glen Ellyn for over 5 years and our maintenance crew Rob and Tony are the best thing about this place!!! They never have to come back to “redo” anything!! It’s always done right the first time-always!! However, more than that they both are extremely kind, polite and respectful! Not just to you as a person but also to your things in your apartment. The icing on the cake is that they are very trustworthy and in todays day and age that is the BEST feeling ever!!! Especially in my situation!! Maintenance team is awesome! So helpful and always quick solutions. Office is always working to improve experience here and to make this place even better.

The apartment floor plans are really nicely laid out and I really enjoy the space in the kitchen. Its nice and quiet, which is great. The property has improved greatly, too, in the past year! Items are being taken care of and aside from the physical property, the employees make this property worth living! I've worked with Liz quite a few times for various things and each time she was the most pleasant and welcoming person. She makes sure things get done and get done properly and that's a huge selling point of living here, in my opinion.
