Glen Meadows Apartments

My stay here has been short, but it wasn't because of any issues with the complex. The apartment I shared with a roommate was spacious and the neighbors were pretty quiet. Ingrid, from management, was extremely helpful and polite. Something I really appreciate. She followed up with me during my application process and was just a positive light during the whole moving process. I would recommend living at Glen Meadows apartments.

Review as of 11/1/20 My partner and I are looking at moving here during the winter, and Ingrid has been extremely helpful with our planning! She showed us around a few weeks back and has made follow-up attempts personally to see if we're still interested. I will be updating this review as we move in and experience the community. Looking forward to living here! Update as of 3/10/21: We successfully moved in and have been here for 4 months, thus far. Ingrid has been absolutely amazing to us during our move-in and followed up afterward to ensure we were happy. The maintenance staff here has been a fantastic team, too! This place was okay to live at. The staff are nice, the pool and community are quiet and welcoming. The mantinence is cool, there's little garages and such... Apartment itself was alright... But HOT AS HELL. Inhospitably hot. I was sold a 2 bedroom and I've never been able to use either bedroom. It's too hot. There's one AC unit stuck near the sliding patio door blowing air into the corner. The heat is weird... Its in the floor or something. Not very useful when you need it.

Small entrance and corridor – felt like squeezing through a human car wash before reaching the actual apartment. Once inside though, it’s surprisingly clean, bright, and open. The real challenge? Parking. One spot per resident, and if you’re just visiting, good luck. I had to leave my car on a busy road and spend the whole visit wondering if I’d return to a car… or a crime scene. Alhamdulillah, it was still there.

Literally the best place I’ve ever lived. The units are super spacious and well taken care of. All of the neighbors are great. Ingrid in the leasing office is absolutely awesome. I cannot say enough good things about here. 10/10
