Apartment is clean and cozy: they got free bicycles until 8 pm. Amazing place for living. Staffs are friendly and helpful. I have been living since February this year. My experience is satisfactory.

I would like to recognize Christian who works in the main office at Hill Brook Place Apartments. He is always smiling, pleasant, asks how I am doing, and immediately and professionally handles any question or concern I have. He even helped me get a stuck box out of the Amazon lockers!

You’ll let me tell you about Christian he was so kind and helpful and answer any question I had even though I ask him a million and one questions, the apartment he show me is cozy and beautiful just perfect for me and my two babies . He walk me through the whole process without any hesitation, the only issue I had was the hallway which was not the best but wasn’t the worst because all the apartments I visit today had disgusting hallways but it was fine was not a big deal for you to be turn you off i am just so picky so every little thing turn me off but beside that the apartment is beautiful that I can call it my home and with that being said I got approve and moving in Fridayyyyyyy 🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽, Thanks again Christian customer service is top tier

SUMMER: There is trash found outside nonstop. It constantly floods. There is literally a drain that is DRAINING water causing a pool of it to gather right outside of the patio. Some random person parked their car right behind mine and was not even in a parking spot. They were even blocking the “drive way” in the complex. I made the “right” people aware and it took hours to have this person move their vehicle not to mention my car was parked up against the curb. The pool seems to be closed a lot. It was closed 4th of July for a couple days due to no chlorine and now closed again due to no chlorine. You pay amenity fees here and rent is very very expensive for this complex. Hot water was shut off due to work needing to be done and it’s been turned back on and the water is dirty and yellow. I

There is a theft problem here at HillBrookPlace. We never had this type of issue here and I lived here over 4 years. The graffiti in the buildings was very bad also and we never seen this type of behavior before. I reported my package missing and just got a shoulder shrug like this kind of thing happens all the time and our buildings has no surveillance in case of a crime happens. We spend too much money on rent for our things that are valuable to us to be dismissed with no concern. The disregard for tenants that work had for their packages, gifts, etc. to be stolen without no care or compassion is outrageous and disgusting in nature. I will be moving out soon.
