Highview & Castle Manor Apartments

Absolutely, love it here! The units have beautiful hardwoods and screened in porches. The walls are thick so you can’t hear neighbors. All of the communal spaces are well-maintained & the cleaning crew do a fantastic job. Everyone on staff is great, courteous & professional. And best management company; seriously they are fabulous. They often have events for residents with free food & drinks. Yes also rooftop view are gorgeous. We are so thankful we landed here !

I've lived here for 4 years and have a hard time imagining finding a similar level of kindness and professionalism from the staff. The front office are always friendly and the maintenance staff are quick and effective. Whenever I submit a maintenance request, Beniam comes within the day, if not by the next day, to quickly fix the issue. Even if I informally mention something to him in passing, he often comes right up to check it. I'm incredibly grateful to live in this community.

Lived here since 2020 and the maintenance & cleaning teams are the kindest, most helpful group of people. They are responsive and friendly and fix apartment issues quickly. I also appreciate that management listens to feedback and I feel like I’ve seen lots of improvement in the last few months.

I have lived in Washington DC for over 35 years. I have lived all over town, in many different apartment buildings. Bernstein Management runs Highview and Castle Manor with extreme professionalism. If anything ever needs attention, it is tended to immediately. The staff are professional and kind. The property is always spic and span, and when I have friends over, they are jealous. Nor is this a paid endorsement. This is a true reflection of my experience living here. The photograph is an actual picture from my balcony.

I love my apartment in Highview. Pros: the view is amazing very spacious one bedroom gorgeous floors lots of charm ceiling fans in every room the building is mostly quiet responsive staff / maintenance great location (could be closer to a metro station, but the block has more of a quiet residential feel than options close to metro stations) Cons: my kitchen is outdated (I understand other units are different) the railing on the balcony are so low! no central A/C
