Highpoint Apartments

These are brand new apartments that my friend just moved into. These apartments go by your income. My friend is renting her two bedroom two bath for a little over $500 a month. They do not allow pets. They are nice little apartments.

I love living here 🤷🏻‍♀️I get left alone. (which is a plus because I have a little daughter & health issues im sick a lot) and the management is super nice & understanding with problems or miscommunication can get resolved easily and professionally with the right attitude!! :) maintenance men are also super cool guys! And they’re really doing good at fixing things up!

Office worker Tammy is extremely unprofessional, a few family members of mine have lived on this property for YEARS. Recently I applied and was denied, I never cared to press the issue; this place has NEVER been my top 10 at all It was just recommended by my mother. However the other day one of the properties tenants fabricated a story to the office about my 5 year old, when I attempted to reach out to the office and speak about the subject; I was told my words didn't matter because I'm not a tenant. And then today they served two of my family members, only my mother and sister (I have several who live here) a paper stating they would be evicted if i visit either of them. My mom called to check on her application. She was on the waiting list, she was told to apply here so she can gain custody of my cousin because he is in foster care right now and she was told she was next on the list and when she called to check on it because she hasn’t heard anything for a few weeks they were basically saying that she was calling them a liar because she never received the email they sent her what kind of business presents themselves in that way you basically told her since you didn’t receive our email. That’s your fault. she works a few different jobs a day and didn’t get to answer a call The only day you attempted to contact her didn’t leave a voicemail didn’t do anything this is ridiculous and you guys were rude and unprofessional when she was trying to resolve this jus

Apartments are nice on the inside, at least the one I was in. Alot of Drama and Violence is rumored to go on in this complex. The Management is however trying to get things togetther to have a good community for Kids Families. They do have a small park for the kids.
