I have lived here for over a year and John is an amazing property manager. He makes sure everything is taken care of in a timely manor. Ray the maintenance guy gets things fixed up as fast as humanly possible.
I live here for 3 years and It's a good and quite area. John is a awesome landlord and Ray the maintenance guy is awesome as well always making sure everything is working and fix!
New to Sebring and to the community and I must say it is very quiet, bicycle friendly and tenants and the owner are very nice from the beginning. Great place to call home.
Very laid back place and the prices are reasonable. John the Landlord and Ray the maintenance man make these apartments a very safe and nice place to stay.
