Highlands at Alexander Pointe

Autumn and Jerry are top tier! We had a rough application process and struggled to get what we needed through the online service but as soon as we went in today they made sure to do everything they could to assist and get us in our apartment that we love. I have lived in a few apartments in Charlotte and have never had a team be so helpful and an enjoyment to be around. They make you want to live here and make it as easy as possible to do so ! As long as they are here you will definearly be in great hands !

Alex is such a kind and genuine property manager. She’s always so sweet, patient, and willing to help with anything I need. You can tell she really cares about the residents and takes pride in her work. Every time I stop by the office, she greets me with a smile and makes me feel welcome. It’s nice having someone who actually listens and follows through. She definitely makes living here a better experience.

Living at highlands has been a pleasure and I appreciate the sense of community provided here. When confronted with issues regarding my apartment the on site maintenance team was very responsive. Beyond apartment issues I believe the community is fortunate to have Ms. Bonilla as a property manager. Ms.Bonilla provided amazing service and understanding when disputing my departure from Highlands. This genuine help and care is hard to find in other rental properties. If you’re considering living here just know you’re going to be in good hands with Ms. Bonilla.

From the the MILLION of questions I had asked and the numerous calls, Alex and Estancia have been the BEST! I can not forget Josh the maintenance man either. I toured the property while deciding on one of their many floor plans and believe me, it was a hard choice! Beautiful grounds, great amenities and very welcoming as soon as you come into the office. I am excited to be a resident here!!

Run !!! Do not move here. They did my friend so wrong! My friend paid the real lease and wrote a letter stating she was breaking lease! I agent never turned it in but thankfully my friend kept her documentation with the agents initials on the documents! Alex will prob turn you away from touring also! I’m not sure what Alex’s vendetta is towards people but leasing agent is not the field for her! Also my friends car got stolen from the lot! Maintenance walked in unannounced while she was showering and also left the key in the door when he left! I am encouraging her to send this story to channel 9 news! Do your self a favor and avoid the headache !
