We lived here for 2 years and loved it ! Maintenance is prompt and friendly. Leasing office is easy to get in contact with. We really enjoyed our time here!

I’m about to hit two years living here, and I honestly cannot say enough positive things about it. The manager Lydia is amazing and helpful, and genuinely friendly! The complex is relatively quiet, despite having college students around. Nearly everyone has dogs, so you get to see cute pups all the time. The units are really great sizes for the price. I’ve lived in both a 1 bed, and for the last year a 2 bed. Absolutely worth every penny. The neighborhood is safe, and clean, and close to pretty much everywhere you’d want to go in Atlanta. Maintenance issues are always resolved quickly. It’s honestly the best complex I’ve ever lived in!

Realtors don’t send your clients there as per the manager and Jenderk who works there They pay a referral fee to residents who refer but not to the realtor who sends them clients Makes no sense $95 each adult and a $375 admin fee that’s all online I think that’s is unreasonable in this economy

Lived here for over a year. Friendly and communicative management with quick responses to maintenance requests. Consistent community events and a very safe, neighborhoody atmosphere. Genuinely might be the best apartment complex in Atlanta
