Highland Springs

I have been living at Highland Springs since 2012, and I can honestly say that it has been a wonderful experience. The people who live here are friendly and welcoming, and I feel like I am part of a real community. One of the things I appreciate most about living here is that I can walk to my favorite stores, which makes running errands and picking up groceries a breeze. The maintenance staff is another highlight of living at Highland Springs. They are always prompt, efficient, and professional, which makes any issues that arise easy to deal with. I also appreciate how much the office staff cares about me and my family. They are always available to answer questions and help out in any way they can. Overall, I am incredibly happy with my decision to live at Highland Springs. Knowing that

If I could give a negative star I would. My dad lived here and there was mold, they never checked it out. There were insect problems and roaches everywhere. They didn’t do anything about. Appliances old. Closet rack was falling apart. It’s awful that whomever owns/runs this apt complex thinks it’s ok for human beings to live like that. My dad is a veteran, on a fixed income. I would think the least they could do is honor simple requests such as exterminator.

These apartments are very nice and spacious, they’re very quiet and peaceful. Management is also very friendly and attentive i would definitely recommend living there.

My expirence at highland Springs apartments it was very good they keep the apartments in good condition the work orders on time the property always clean, quiet enviroment, i highly recommend highland Springs apartments.
