I am writing to express my concern regarding the recent cancellation of my apartment application at Oak Ridge in Fort Worth. I applied on July 31 and was approved, with a rent of $1,150. At the time, I informed Jaclyne that I had already given notice at my current apartment, but she mentioned that there was no unit immediately available. On Saturday, I visited the office with a friend I had referred. While there, someone from maintenance mentioned I would be moving into unit 105. I asked Jaclyne via text if unit 105 was available; she said yes, but did not confirm if I could take it. Later, when I followed up, she told me it had already been given to someone else. Loud music the adults don’t watch their kids up all night. Too many people in one apartment. People are messing up the property that was just redone.

This two story apartment complex is a active place of residence where the police often visits. It is under new management though and may be undergoing remodeling soon. There is also a small play ground area for kids, 4 entrances/exits as well. Towing in full effect after 12 midnight, but I notice they start around 3am. The people here stick together and have been raised in this area since a kid or birth..

Since we have had an consistent manager Ms. Tyra she has made our stay great and also easy to work with as long as your good on rent she makes sure any problem we have from maintenance to just general questions she’s always and willing lend help and understanding. I like what she has done with new crew they good on picking the trash and keep the wash room neat and clean.

Management team is highly professional and very well responsive, communication is clear and timely which makes it easy for residents to stay informed! Overall, the management team is dedicated to providing a comfortable and enjoyable living experience.
