Highland Park Apartments

I was desperate to move and didn't really have much choice. Be prepared for a roach infestation, a spider infestation, and a unit that is nowhere near ready at move-in. The casing to my windows were falling off and rotted, the veneer in my kitchen was falling off and unglued, there was mold in my bathroom. The windows were unsealed. The kitchen veneer on the cabinets was melted off and not fixed. And the apartment had not been cleaned prior to turning it over to me. Rent at your own risk and please look on my pictures. And when you request Pest control, they'll cancel your request. In addition, when you have maintenance come to your apartment, if you're not home, they're going to leave trash all over the place. Do yourselves a favor. Do not lease here.

Liam has been great to work with through the leasing process! After moving in, I see that other residents leave their trash everywhere outside idk why they haven’t been fined. It’s disrespectful to the other tenants.

Lauren was a pleasure to work with! I had to make some very quick decisions personally and she worked quickly and efficiently to get me taken care of and all set up! She is awesome.

Property management has always been accommodating and understanding, always reply’s within a timely manner to any questions or concerns I have. Maintenance is on sight and normally arrives within the day (or next depending on time and emergency of concern). They have done a lot of remodeling to make the inside and outsides of the apartments more homely and looking a lot better than they used to!

Best property management I’ve been through so far! Very good communication and very understanding anytime I have an issue or concern. Maintenance's is great, they are out within the same day or next after putting in a request online or calling. Wasn’t hard to get approved they will work with you and your credit and find ways to get you approved via paying collections on credit or bigger deposit amounts. Apartments were all recently painted, new appliances and new flooring. Have resided here a year so far !
