Sue, the sales counselor, was amazing to work with—she’s professional, attentive, and truly committed to helping buyers feel confident in their decisions. She even went above and beyond by advocating to include a popular floor plan in the latest build phase, ensuring I had the best floorplan options available. Beautiful homes and amazing prices. Unfortunately, Cris Balderas has horrible representation for high land homes. I came to see the model home, and she wasn't there. She'd mentioned to me she'd gone to a Chipotle run. Which was fine, but didn't care to talk about incentives or different models that high land homes have. I told Cris I was interested in three different models, and she proceeded in showing us a home that is currently in inventory, 244 stag way. Beautiful house. I fell in love, I felt like this was it. Well, as I toured the house, Cris didn't care to take interest in explaining the upgrades. She said she had another appointment in 15, which I understood, but she didn't care to give a brief description of the promotions on inventory homes. Seemed more interested in eating her
