The Homes at Foxbrook by Scott Fielder are absolutely stunning. The quality and craftsmanship that goes into each home is beyond anything you will find anywhere in or around San Antonio. Aunee Standridge is one of the sweetest and most knowledgeable sells reps we have ever met. She makes everything so enjoyable and fun. The customer service and professionalism Aunee showed was exceptional. Questions and concerns were always addressed promptly. Project manager Johnnie was amazing as well.

We were very disappointed in the lack of attention to detail that was afforded our home. When we pointed out concerns to the community builder, he would just nod and say “we’ll fix that”, only to find the same issues upon return visits. The community builder we worked with lacked communication and management skills, to make this a seamless process. Our concerns were finally elevated, but at that point we felt that if they presented substandard work to us as a finished product, what did the construction/foundation of our home look like? Our closing date was pushed back three times due to poor workmanship. Even after sending a comprehensive list of things to be completed, it took multiple visits for many of our concerns to be met.
