The gourmet kitchen and open concept living is wonderful feature for gathering and at home parties. The model plan has an extend patio option the is great for out door BBQs. Emory Glen is one of Magnolia's newest neighborhoods and I love it! Located off FM 1488 West, it is a great location close to downtown Magnolia with easy access to Hwy 249 and 290. Emory Glen also has a fantastic recreation center with a pool, playground and park perfect for hot days and getting to know your neighbors. Finding new construction with a neighborhood pool these days is extremely rare and so are sidewalks which you find here as well.
