I purchased this home 3 years ago with the understanding that it was built with quality materials and solid craftsmanship. Unfortunately, that expectation has not been met. In multiple areas of the home, the flooring is buckling, creating both an aesthetic and functional concern. In addition, the Formica kitchen countertops are swelling and lifting around the edges, indicating material failure well beyond what I would reasonably expect in such a short period of time. These are not minor cosmetic issues but signs of premature deterioration that raise concerns about the overall quality of construction and materials used.
