Highland Hills Apartments

I have lived here for several years, and I’ve noticed that parking has become very problematic. It has become common to see multiple cars parked behind others, preventing people from leaving their spots and blocking just the road during evenings and nights. This is causing unnecessary frustration and inconvenience for residents who follow the parking rules.

I've been living in multifamily housing units for almost 10 years, and this is the worst place I ever lived. I wish I could give them a ZERO. The management is really not great. Horrible staff, rude and provide very poor communication. I lived there for 1 year in Building F apt #58, and just moved out. The neighbor upstairs is very loud, he was constantly awake during the night drinking alcohol, stomping on the floor, and making loud noises (from 12 am-7am), he was very disrespectful. I submitted several formal complaints to the management and the issue was never solved. I was actually afraid of talking directly to this neighbor and I didn't feel like the management was understanding of the situation. Also, I took care of the apartment really well and did a deep cleaning before moving out

My name is Fern Cook and I have lived here for 4 years just renewed my lease for another year. I have not had any problems since I have been here. Management and maintenance are very nice and take care of any work orders on a timely matter. I think it's a good place to live. they have also been working hard on updating the apartment complex like re-doing the siding and updating the patio lights and they keep trying to make this property even better to live at.

We lived at Highland Hills Apartments for about 2 years with 2 Emotional Supports kitties. This place is amazing. We love our 3rd floor. There’s a nice view from the balcony, many trees, and the complex is safe, clean and well taken care. The 2 bed 2 bath units are super spacious and Maintenance does their best to insure every work order is addressed. We are sad to leave this welcoming community.

If I could give it no star I would. They were the worst place I've ever lived! No help during the snow storm, never had available parking, and the office managers all lie and make up fake laws. I turned my 30 day notice in elated that I would finally be rid of this place but my roommates didn't. I was legally released from the lease per the lease and a lawyer I had to hire. The guys I lived with were told I was at fault for not reminding them to turn in a notice. Then three weeks of calls to their office assistants would tell me "their manager had just stepped out" or she would "call right back". When I finally wrote a lawyer telling them the beaverton ordinances and that I had a lawyer the manager immediately called to tell me more lies. Even though the manager assured me I was in the rig
