Recently used these guys for an appraisal for a re-finance, and I was very happy they were assigned to my refi. On time, professional, and most importantly, explained the process of how the appraisal came through based on comparables in the area, as well as changes to how houses are appraised following the mortgage crisis in 2008. The house appraisal price for the refinance was not as high as I could have dreamed, but it seemed very fair based on the other comparables. Dan was courteous and friendly, based on my experience. Would recommend them to a family member or friend without hesitation.
