Mr D does quality work. He shows up promptly to maintenance request and also takes the time to explain what’s going on how he will fix the issue. Haven’t had a single bad experience with him.

Wanted a garage to work on my car so I moved to the highborne. Very VERY quiet community. Personal Parking spot in the front as well as a yard for grilling in the back. Carpet, appliances, Heating and air conditioning all perfectly installed. Takes only one day to get your maintenance request completed. Would have moved here years ago if I could go back.

We've had a wonderful experience here! The townhouse is large enough for our family of five, and anytime we need anything, they always pick up the phone and are incredibly kind. Maintenance is top-notch, and he is friendly and very quick to respond to any issues we’ve ever had. The neighborhood is nice, and we feel very safe, and our pups enjoy the doggy park near by!

I’ve lived here for a few months now and I absolutely love it. It’s a quiet neighborhood with plenty of children and pets. There is a retention pond in the back of the neighborhood where people walk their dogs which keeps the yards looking spiffy. The landscaping looks great now that it’s summer and the landscapers are always so friendly. I have had bad luck with spiders out front but that can be easily fixed. The house itself has an amazing layout and aside from random glue from construction there are zero complaints from me. The fenced in backyard also gives you some privacy. This isn’t a neighborhood where you need to worry about speeding or obnoxious neighbors, it’s just quiet and peaceful. There is a grocery store at the end of the road and it’s only a ten minute drive from the mall.

Kurt is ALWAYS the best when it comes to fixing things. The saying “I’m just a girl” is real but he never makes me feel shamed for having to call to fix things regardless of what it is & it’s fixed IMMEDIATELY! I’m definitely gonna miss the Highborne neighborhood from the front desk staff, who even saved me after hours when I was locked in. I absolutely love her! She gave me the tour & I needed to move in immediately, 2 days later I was moving in. She’s so patient, kind, & understanding. I’ve never met a leasing lady who was legit that way ALL THE TIME! I absolutely love living here with my 2 toddlers! It’s always so nice & clean in here. Mostly quiet especially when it needs to be.
