High Street Depot

I’ve been a resident at The Depot for about three months now, and overall, it’s been an excellent experience. The build quality and appliances are truly top-notch—everything feels modern, well-crafted, and designed to a high standard. It’s definitely a place where you feel like attention to detail has been a priority. The leasing team, and Tim in particular, have been incredibly welcoming and proactive. They’ve been thoughtful and kind, always quick to follow up on any questions and making the entire move-in process smooth and stress-free. As for the location, Moorpark itself is wonderful. The local community is friendly, and having a variety of amenities—from restaurants and pubs to supermarkets and convenience stores—within walking distance is a huge plus. I have really enjoyed my time here as a tenant. The units are modern with top of the line new appliances, high ceilings, great lighting, washer dryer, and great amenities on site. With more and more on the way! The area rules, with tons to do, eat, and see. Management is always very kind and treats everyone with understanding and compassion. No stereotypical landLORDing going on - just genuine people you can communicate with and have your voice heard. Im excited to see how the place evolves! Its still just getting going but im happy to be in on the ground floor.(figuratively. My units on the second..with a nice view of High Street..!)

I am writing to share how happy my husband and I are to be a resident at High Steet Depot. It has been a wonderful experience living here, and I truly appreciate the high quality of the community. I also wanted to specifically mention how wonderful the management team has been. Your dedication and hard work do not go unnoticed, and they make a significant difference in the resident experience. High Street Depot - This place is very unprofessional in the way they run their leasing operations along with their lack of communication with potential new residents looking to lease an apartment there. The high street depot leasing office is only open from 12-4pm Tuesday-Friday, for a brand new property that seems ridiculous and not exactly a good business practice to attract new tenants. Also it's was extremely difficult to get a hold of anyone when you call their office number directly...and when you actually do connect with someone, they will tell you that they will "call you back" which of course never happens - disrespectful and amateurish on their end. I would definitely recommend NOT to invest your hard earned money into their incapable hands until they get their act together by h

The location of High Street Depot is just perfect! The area is quite nice and right next to public transportation allowing for safer travel. I would recommend these apartment to anyone I come by! Highly recommend!
