The leasing consultant was very thorough in her overall description of the property. She was able to answer all my questions and gave a great description of the property. I was made aware of numerous options and the benefits of each option.

We lived at Avery at Moorpark, Unit 4739-27, from 01/03/2023 to 01/01/2024, and our experience was nothing short of disastrous. What initially seemed like a promising property quickly became a nightmare, primarily due to mismanagement, unprofessional staff, and constant maintenance issues. Upon moving in, we immediately encountered problems. The bathroom tub spout wasn’t secured, and it shot off when the shower was turned on. When we ran the dishwasher, water began leaking from the back of the kitchen island. Maintenance explained that the island wasn’t sealed off correctly, and the dishwasher valve was disconnected. Soon after, we preheated the oven, but the cleaner used before our move-in caused it to smoke heavily, filling the entire apartment with smoke. None of these issues were check

I submitted an urgent work request Sunday night. The lock on my door it would not lock or unlock from the outside. Ben the maintenance worker showed up promptly Monday morning. He rectified the issue immediately. Ben is awesome and very respectful.

Poor management, especially on Jasmine’s part, that consistently makes full effort to not take accountability. Lacks urgency to actually pressing matters. Since September I have repeatedly reached out regarding the hallways being cleaned and power washed due to their unsanitary state, rotting pumpkins, dog feces, ant infestation in the hallways. Without fail management does not take accountability nor acts on issues such as these. This continues to be ongoing 02/24/2025. DO NOT even consider living here.
