High Pointe Apartments

Listen up🗣️🗣️🗣️🗣️ When I tell you, Miss Lauren is the best she is exactly that when we came to get our apartment, she was kind sweet Professional and she also let us know what everything will cost and what we had to do if we had questions they were answered we left out with Smiles. She speaks every morning shows no attitude. She’s always up vacuuming floors, mopping floor floors to keep the place neat and clean. There’s no trash lying around. there. There’s no bugs there’s no rodents. We absolutely love the place thanks Lauren again for everything you do.

Expensive apartments, very little square footage, over $3.40 per square foot! They send texts over any minor inconvenience and they are always extremely passive aggressive. Tenants park in the fire lane constantly because the apartment tells them to! But it’s not completely their fault since there is barely any parking to begin with. If you want to have a guest over, good luck, there is no guest parking. Lastly, they make tenants pay for a parking spot. You think after spending a mortgage on rent for an average apartment that you could at least park for free. Take your money elsewhere, it’s not worth it for anyone, especially uc students.

I have been living at High Pointe Apartments for about 2 years now after relocating from Columbus. This neighborhood is safe and those who live in the homes surrounding the complex are friendly. My overall experience has been great. Maintenance is quick to respond and the office staff has always been easy to work with, communicative and very friendly. I will definitely miss the beautiful views from my apartment and the community room pizza nights here. Lauren has also been amazing and has done an excellent job with important notifications and making sure the property is nice and enjoyable for everyone!

Been here for two years now and have had mostly all good experiences. Everyone who lives here is friendly and it feels safe. Lauren, the apartment manager is the best! I have a conversation with her almost everytime I walk into the building and feel trusted with her. John, the maintenance man is also awesome! He gets requests done quickly and he’s easy to talk to as well.

I’ve had a great experience living at Highpointe Apartments. The area feels very safe, which gave me peace of mind from day one. The apartment itself was clean, well-maintained, and move-in ready—which I really appreciated. Lauren, the property manager, is awesome! She’s responsive, helpful, and genuinely cares about the residents. Any time I had a question or needed assistance, she was quick to respond and made the whole process smooth. Overall, I’d definitely recommend Highpointe to anyone looking for a clean, safe place to live with great management.
