High Point Village Apartments

Amazing experience at Highpoint Village! The whole process was smooth, and I couldn’t be happier with my apartment. Huge thanks to Paola. She he was absolutely amazing, super helpful, and made everything easy from start to finish. I highly recommend these apartments and working with her!

Staff genuinely cares about their tenants even when they hire new people….this place knows how to hire. They also have the nicest maintenance staff I’ve ever had renting, they are very professional. Sweetest thing is we get emails to look out for swallows during their nesting period?? Pretty awesome they care for wildlife! And there’s lots of children & families here, which is nice.

I've been living here for over 4 years, and I’m honestly surprised by all the negative reviews. Since the new manager, Mari, and her assistant, Paola, took over, this place has improved so much. They’re always on top of everything—whether it’s a maintenance request or any other issue. One big difference I’ve noticed is that Mari actually walks the property regularly—I've seen her out there 3–4 times a week greeting residents and checking on things, which never used to happen before. Overall, I’ve had a great experience here lately and 100% recommend this place.

Great apartment complex! The property is clean, quiet, and well-managed. Paola in the leasing office has been amazing super helpful, friendly, and made the move-in process easy. The whole office staff is professional and responsive. Highly recommend!
