High Point Preserve

I was only able to live here for 10 months due to a German roach infestation in building 19. I tried handling it for 6 months as did the pest control company but it was no help. Parking is very difficult to find. The upside for me was management; they were always very helpful and nice. Also the apartments are very modern with spacious bedrooms as well as affordable pricing; plus being right off of 290 was convenient. I recommend asking about previous maintenance/pest control requests prior to moving in.

Update, do not fall for this trap, i lived there for 3 weeks, worst time in my entire life due to pests and mold and what was more worse was how they did not take the steps that they needed to take for me until i basically sent a verrrry long email and cry in front of them — thats how badly it had affected me. I had a great experience touring the apartment! Alyssa was incredibly helpful, she gave me a thorough run-down of the property, amenities, and lease details. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all my questions. I left feeling well-informed and excited about the possibility of living here. High Point Preserve is a wonderful apartment complex that I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a new home. The staff, including Roxanna, Liz, and Natalie, were incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. They were always available to answer any questions I had and made sure that everything was taken care of. The apartments themselves are spacious and well-maintained, with plenty of amenities to make life comfortable. Overall, I had a wonderful experience with High Point Preserve and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a new home. I would like to thank Roxanna, Liz, Natalie, and the whole team for all their help and support throughout the process. Their kindness and professionalism made the entire experience so much easier and more enjoyable.

I had to take screenshots of my original review (R1-R4). I want EVERYONE to know the possibilities of what can happen if you decide to move here. Maintenance dropped off 2 drawers at my door, placed them in dirt, stood back and and took a picture. I'm assuming to "prove" they delivered some drawers. He never knocked, he never tried to see if the drawers fit. It's a tight fit and they are hard to pull out. I called, let them know how upset I was. I also went up there and asked what happened to the drawers that were supposed to get ordered? The drawers had a different apt # on it. They are NOT drawers that were just ordered. Now! On 08/04. I was minding my business came home around 5:30pm. I didn't go back to my car until the next morning around 7:15-7:30ish am. There was damage to my car. I

My partner and I lived here from ~March 2023-Sept 2025. Overall, we can’t complain much, we’ve had crummy apartment experiences in the past so this was an improvement. We were also very lucky – we were the first tenants in our unit. We chose a unit in the back with a view towards the trees and it was lovely. Zero sound from the highway. Advice for prospective tenants: 1. Gunfire is part of the daily ambiance. You get used to it, however, it is constant, especially in the buildings further back that face Old Manor Rd or are close to the neighboring ap complexes. We’ve found gun casings in the parking lot and seen police chases from our balcony. 2. The woods are nice, however, there is a homeless presence hidden within and sometimes they wander into the complex. The gate is usually broken b
