High Point Park Apartments

Maintenance crew and landlord will constantly try to screw you over for these overpriced apartments. Go pretty much anywhere else in Conway first. I had to constantly call head office to get petty charges taken off of the rent.

Don’t go there and expect your deposit back. Expect to pay instead. As 3000 dollars more. Even when it’s spotless clean. They will make up something like paint and floor cleaning to charge you a lot. And, if you don’t pay they threaten to send it to collections. So that you don’t have no choice. They want that money. It’s already too high for the size that it is. It’s actually bigger and cheaper to go to Lindsey management apartments.

My husband, son and I have been living at Highpoint for nearly 18 years. The park for the kiddos and the walking path (complete with waste bags for cleaning up after your pet) has become part of some of our sweetest memories. We've watched our son grow up here, after being born here. It's a great place to start or raise a small family or rent if you're a college student seeking a secure place to stay in a good location. The pool is always well maintained as is the lawn care. My family and furbabies highly recommend stopping by Highpoint's website or front office for a tour and more info.

The 3.6 should tell you everything you need to know this place has went way downhill ever since the office lady left 2 years ago they half fix things and never want to replace things so it just break again they use to take care of this place and actually do things when the weather comes in now they just let the long hair maintenance dude ride and slide around on the golf cart when the snow hit and said they couldn’t come fix anything because they wasn’t working but whole time out playing in the company golf cart save the headache and go somewhere else

They require you to declaw a cat if it will be living in the apartment. For anyone who isn't aware, it's a barbaric practice that is being phased out. It's the equivalent to removing your entire fingernail. Disgusting policy....
