High Point Crossing Apartments

MAY-AUG 2013:A little more than 3 months into my 5 month stay here and it has been great! They take pride in the appearance of the apartment complex and have weekly maintenance people to keep it up to standards. We are a military family and they went above and beyond to have our place ready THE SAME DAY we got into GA with only a weeks notice. I have yet to see any bugs in the apartment. I haven't had any problems with my apartment but even if I did they are always making sure that everything is met. We went swimming a lot with our kids and that is where we've met a lot of other military families living here. Great place! UPDATE: I PCS'd with my husband back to Texas in OCT 2014. Well kept grounds... management friendly & very quiet neighborhood. They include water and pest control in rent without extra fees.

I visited this apartment complex several times before going to apply for a new home. I was greeted by Janis Edgens she was very professional with a inviting smile, she was extremely helpful and easy to talk to. Even though she was busy ,whomever entered the office door was greeted.....Really appreciate the kindness and attention to details throughout my process......Thank you

When I first moved into the complex back in 2010 ..it was reasonably priced, also it was convenient because of my job location.. I've seen a change in management as well..I respect that they keep the exterior part of the complex groomed and clean...but when it comes to the interior part...they lack professionalism and respect...I've put in work orders..when they do come in to fix the problem they don't leave confirmation..no receipt..no proof ...I feel violated when I get in from work..and notice items out of place because someone came in without my knowledge. I have to read my lease thoroughly because I'm not understanding ..if you decide to renew your lease they have your carpet cleaned...at least that's what they think...it only takes them 20 minutes to complete the job...one time th

(( :: Kelli is no longer here, I now give them a 4 star as of August whoever stay over me now is very disturbing. I can hear every movement they is constantly walking none stop sound like they stomping the floors creeking and sometimes running. I'm assuming they removed the rugs from the upstair units. The first time I called one of the guys were willing to move me from the one to a 2. Why should I move? I don't have any kids yet to be transferred to a 2 b/c the tentant above me is disturbing me none stop when they are there. Sometimes I can't rest at night It's annoying.
