We spoke with Amber several times before ordering. We needed approximately 1 yd of concrete. She was very friendly, and great to work with. She didn't seem like she was in the office ever. But quoted us a price of $135/yard with a minimum of 3 yd for delivery. We called back and confirmed we're getting only 3 yards at $135 per yard, and confirmed our address. They delivered three days later, and handed us a bill for 5 yards. When we asked why we were charged for 5 yards, when we confirmed we were only going to be getting 3 yards. The driver stated it's a 5 yard minimum. When we called they told us they "never" agreed that it was 3 yard minimum, they made an excuse that "because of the distance" they increased the minimum to 5 yards, and if we don't pay they're going to put a lien on our h
