Flying S Title & Escrow

I'm a mortgage broker and early this year one of my investors (UWM who I no longer use) lost a payoff check on a home refinance. It was quite an ordeal that lasted months and culminated in UWM demanding thousands of dollars from our client. In order to spare my borrower and their title client further damage Flying S wrote a check for about $13,000 to force the payoff. In the end, I'm not sure if UWM reimbursed Flying S for their mistake. Amanda and Sheri worked hard on the situation to get it resolved and I'm grateful Flying S stepped in to correct a serious problem that wasn't at all their fault.
