I first met Lisa during the pandemic when I was just considering the idea of moving to the Farmington Valley. She was very detailed oriented and methodical with ensuring that I only saw homes that fit my requirements. For the homes I showed interest in, Lisa would go above and beyond providing immediate and extensive insights into the home itself and comps in the area. While ultimately I chose not to buy at that moment, I came back a few years later fully committed to the purchase and immediately called Lisa. We hit the ground running and she always made herself available ASAP despite the market being so busy for her and her team. We looked for quite a while but that was due to market conditions and I applaud her for her willingness to continue to work with me despite the many months long

Lisa was very unhelpful and unprofessional. Asked for my information and told me to wait and someone will call me for a showing, which no one ever called. Proceeds to blame it on me for not reaching out. Pathetic
