I have always been pretty neutral about the apartments here, been here for 18 years, nothing fancy but nothing bad. Until lately when Henwebb seems to have become beyond lazy and incompetent. Parking can be impossible due to over sized double parked trucks and cars and the property management refuses to take any action. Its fun not knowing if you can park at your home, or have to walk half a mile cause 1/3 of you lot is filled with double parked trucks. Photos show how the lot gets to capacity because of vehicle owners like this and henwebb wont take action.

Had to deal with roaches the entire time we lived here, and crickets outside of our window that made it impossible to fall asleep at night. No amount of calls to resident services made them stop. Walls were thin and we could hear everything going on in both upstairs and adjacent apartments, including a couple yelling at each other every day next door, and kids running back and forth upstairs all day every day, all night every night. Again, no amount of calls to resident services had any impact, not even a notice posted on doors to minimize noise. Roaches, mold in the cabinets, bad water leaks, and poor management. I went as far as to buy myself out of my contract because it's so bad here. Not worth at all what they are charging. Stay clear.

Please be aware, the office dont care about ac orders, my bge bill went over $300 for a single person living with her dog, OVER $300 for the last 3 months, they take forever to come because if its not a medical reason on your lease is not a priority, and when they come they will tell your ac is working fine, even though you explained there is no way you are using of $300 worth of energy specially with no laundry inside the apartment and is just ONE person living in it. I have pictures and videos of my apartment at 91 degrees at 10:30 pm, but again, when they come they will tell you “its working fine because I set it up to 66 degrees and my machine is reading its blowing at 66 degrees”. Im not expert and still know that not how acs work, it should be at least 10 degrees lower, I let living
