Typical condo plan with typical busy body HOA board of old nebsters Current board includes a Karen who is watching for people to send workers to maintain their gutters and looking at her neighbors' inspection stickers while their cars are parked in their driveway. Karen then has the HOA send letters about residents cars. Most people here are great; the board is not. If you like that sort of thing, buy a house here
