Hidden River Townhomes

This is a mixed review. I have had several issues within the first year of renting here. Hornets nest, fridge issues, communication issues. All of which I feel hamper how I feel about renting here. Much of the staff is great and hardworking. I appreciate Stephen for working hard to take care of these issues. I feel most of the issues are on th front end. Due to staffing, many times when contacting the office, no one is there, if you leave a voicemail, I don't get called back despite being told there is an answering service. However, Shey , the manager, has been working hard to improve the communication. Which i am thankful for. I feel Stepehn deserves a 5 star, but the communication 4 Stars. I found Hidden River on Zillow and tried to schedule a tour, when I didn't hear back I contacted the property and was routed to the central line who told me there was no openings and there wouldn't be any in the near future. I began to get discouraged because this townhome had EVERYTHING I wanted in my next place. I just so happen to call back on a couple days later and Shay answered and was able to get me schedule for a tour within 15 minutes of a phone call. Upon my arrival, walking in had a welcoming atmosphere. Soft music playing, smelt really good the office felt like home which is a new experience for me. Stephen Hope was an excellent maintenance technician. He was very kind, professional, and respectful. He fixed the issue perfectly and made sure everything was working before he left. His attitude was positive and he clearly cares about doing a good job.

This rating is for the maintenance man, Stephen Hope. He has been a wonderful help since moving in, fixed a bunch of things already and even replaced our dryer. Not the best experience with the townhomes overall but Stephen has been fantastic!
