Hidden Pointe Apartments in Baton Rouge

Ms. Setaya (office) has been very helpful since joining Hidden Pointe. She consistently demonstrates dedication by walking the property, and I’ve noticed her staying past 5 p.m. on multiple occasions. She is approachable and very kind. There are issues with the air conditioning in my current apartment, That has been on going since the cooler months. I am revising this review because I have not been provided with an apartment option that includes a properly functioning air conditioner. While the unit does operate, it has been short cycling for some time, which has contributed to my highest monthly bill of $163. I've had an overall great experience thanks to Ms. Setaya. She has been soo helpful and she goes above and beyond for anyone who calls or walks through those doors. There was never a time I called or needed something that she didn't work her hardest to get resolved in a timely manner. Even when she had to stay past closing time to help me resolve an issue, she was glad to help and she did not make me or my family feel as if it was a burden or inconvenience. She's very professional and cares deeply about the residents and potential residents at Hidden Pointe.

I have been looking for a bigger place since my family is expanding, after searching far and wide I’ve found our new home, thanks to ms setaya. She was very welcoming, she explained everything and answered all of my questions, I feel like she went far and beyond for me and my family, I haven’t met a person that works in the office of any apartment complex that has been so sweet kind and patient. I get my key in the beginning of the month and I’m so excited and happy that my search is over. Thank you ms setaya for making me feel like family!!!!

I want to give a big thanks to Setaya for helping me & my kids get into our new place to call home . She went above & beyond she was very helpful she sold me on the unit during the tour she was also very nice & sweet & took all of my considerations as if they were her own the apartment is very nice I’m in love can’t wait to decorate!!! Mrs Iola was so kind. It was right at closing and she welcomed us in and gave us all needed info regarding renting! Super clean grounds and well kept! Such a sweetie! Very professional!
