Hidden Lakes Apartments

I moved from this complex after living there for 7 months. I moved in on a Saturday, and the central air was not working. I've complained multiple times about this issue. Everyone acted concerned and empathetic, but still no air. There was 3 different office managers during my short stay. Also be cautious if considering these apartments. There are thieves and junkies living out there who will break into your home and your car. If you are looking for a safe place to stay, this is not the place.

I’ve lived here for 10 years and since 2022 we went through 5 property management companies. We now have a new company named MMG and within the first week they came around inspecting every unit so the ungrades can be done, they’ve changed the lawn care company and the landscaping is being done on a weekly basis, they’ve changed new manager have went around and tagged all cars that’s been abandoned and towed away, they’ve changed new trash area is cleaned and the maintenance guy is cool and very nice. The Property manager she’s cool she explained why the property was turned over to a new company and I can definitely say I see improvement already. These apartments definitely needs major renovation within each unit from kitchen cabinets needs to be replaced and bathroom cabinets are all worn as well.These apartments needs a major renovations altogether from pressure washing, painting the apartments as well.This place has and have actually gone down.You're paying rent, trash,sewage Fee's and now this same allegedly owner want's Building Fee .It's the owner responsibility too up keep any or all properties he or she owns with outside of the buildings and repairs. Tenants have to have proof of rentals insurance. Tenants should NOT be charged Building Fee when the Buildings are not there responsibility for the out keep structure of any or all buildings.

This place was once an awful place, they’re now under new management and it seams as if there’s a turn around or at least the start of one. The property manager was very informative and made sure that I knew he meant business, nice and professional which is new here. The units I toured was nice compared to what the old units looks like. The new rental prices are great and the move in special just kind of made it better. I’m surprised because this place was garbage 😂 and still is in some way but Im glad I came by today. Good seeing young men doing good things here in Macon we need it.
