So sad that they fired the BEST maintenance man they have had since Marty was here. We were all hoping that Greg would become the manager here since he truly cared about the place and would work 2-3 hours over his shift for free. The manager we have now is NEVER here, If she happens to come in she puts a sign on the door that she is in a meeting. So sad that the guy who cared is now gone.

I was thrilled when I found this community in 2016 since they were brand new and had no waiting list. Unfortunately things have deteriorated immensely in the past 18 months. It is sad that our previous property manager had his hands tied on repairs due to the lack of funds from Fairway Management. The new property manager and maintenance man have now run into the same issues. Our rents are paid monthly but repairs are slow in happening due to the lack of funds released from Fairway Management making this a breech of contract in my opinion. We used to have yard crews which maintained the grounds including the flower beds. Fairway then decided they would only cover the mowing and sidewalk weed eating. Over 55 community ADA approved. Over the past 12 months, quality has taken a downturn. Community garden has detiriorated greatly due to mechanical problems with water sources and tennants are losing $ they spent out of pocket for soil, fertilizer, plants etc. since corporate management has never been able to help even with $10 for seeds! Flower beds are just weeds now. Clubhouse is mostly deserted now due to lack of activities and tennants have just lost interest apparently. But hopefully it will improve eventually.
