Hidden Creek Apartments

The Maintenance Team were polite ,and professional. My maintenance needs were completed in the same day and I like the fact that they follow up with me days later to make sure everything was still working smoothly.

I've been waiting 3 montha for a new refrigerator and 3 montha for them to get rid of the rats that has taken over my apt. They have literally done nothing until today. I have contacted the TAA and sent them pictures. Then have the audacity to want their rent. According to TAA i can withhold my rent due to the failure of fixing things they are responsible of fixing

The maintenance team at this location is simply amazing 👏. They are friendly timely and they made sure things were done correctly. Upon leaving they checked all utilities and appliances in addition to the repairs.

The managers are incompetent. The property is always dirty from people digging in the trashcans.They put bogus letters on your door about lease violations. They wont give you the number to their corporate office instead they will call some guy name harvey who will literally try to put you out because you want to call corporate which is lowkey black mailing. They piping system is old and flawed. Do not and i repeat do not move to these apartments.

Those apartment needs a whole makeover. And my friend said they going up on her rent $200.00 next in August 2017 I will contact my friend on channel 5 news
