I am a remote home buyer. My agent recommended HICO Home Inspection and it turned out to be great. Alan, my inspector, was about to do the next day inspection and shoot a video for us since we are remote. Afterwards when repair cost is needed, we were given the cost estimate in no time. Highly recommended!

Alan was a pleasure to work with! Not only was the package price a great deal, but he was super kind, thorough and very patient answering all our questions as we are first time home buyers. Unlike other companies that require you to hire outside people for radon or sewer tests, Alan himself is certified to do the sewer tests and has someone for the radon test so you’re getting everything from one place. In addition to this, he was able to fit us short after our initial phone call, and had our report back to us less than 12 hours after the home inspection! We would highly highly recommend Alan and his services to anyone looking to have a home inspection, as he did a great job and was very kind and receptive throughout the process.

We had a great experience with Alan. He was very thorough and knowledgeable when doing the inspection on our potential home. We were able to schedule online to find a time most convenient for us, and Alan responded immediately via phone and text with confirmation. During the inspection he pointed out several oddities and explained the reasoning behind each issue and potential fixes for them. He was not bothered by us following him around and asking many questions.
