DO NOT MOVE TO HICKORY WOODS APARTMENTS in Roanoke, VA We've been dealing with a serious mold infestation in our unit, and management has done NOTHING to help or accommodate us. They haven't offered to move us, haven't helped with the damage, and have completely ignored their responsibility. Because of their negligence, our belongings have been ruined. This has been a health hazard and a nightmare, and they've shown no concern or urgency to fix the situation. If you're considering moving here--don't. Save yourself the stress, the damage, and the danger. The apartment complex management doesn't have any compassion on all my items that was damaged due to mold inside the apartment and the management lied on reimbursement of my family's clothing, Furniture etc. please don't trust this plac

I love the staff at Hickory Woods! Anytime I need assistance they are so knowledgeable and prompt to go over and beyond for their tenants. Jessica has the best hospitality and I throughly enjoy my interactions with her! Megan, Tanner and Jessica are phenomenal and I highly recommend this property!!!

I wasn't here but the technician did a good job. He replaced our kitchen sink faucet and fixed our dryer. And the response time after we asked for the repairs was very fast. Hickory Woods does a good job with maintenance and outside too. The grass and flowers and everything. They keep the place nice and tidy and safe.

A bit pricy like everything these days, but so far I love being a part of the Hickory Woods community. The staff has been available and supportive. It is obvious to me that they do their best every day. Every time I asked for something, it was done with quality and within a reasonable time frame.
