Hickory Knoll

This is the very first place I ever lived coming to Florida back in 1991 with my mother. Is the first place to add my first girlfriend first kissed first bully lovely little area wouldn't recommend unless you're familiar with this side of town but it's in a great location.

Don't live there now. But I was among the first tenants to ever live there. Fond memories. The apt was in the first section. So when you enter there's an apartment to your left and apartment to your right and apartment straight in front of you. It was the third building don't remember the building numbers. Upstairs middle apartment. Apt number 22 I think. My first kiss was in apartment 23 I think.

Looks like a bad area when I drove by. Nobody has been answering phones when I call. Office said it was open 9-5. Went by at 3:20 and the office was closed till 4. There was a clear bin that said to “take one” I guess it was probably suppose to be information sheets for the apartments but there wasn't any. Then as I was about to leave the parking lot someone is speeding and driving on the wrong side and almost hits me as she whips into her parking space. Im gonna pass on this place, although other reviews were good but my childrens safety is top priority and I wouldn't feel safe over there

This place is just got to be awesome to live my oldest daughter's girlfriend sent middle school her mother has lived there for the last 22 years and her daughter has an apartment right across from hers and she has had her own place for the last 10 years at this complex so something's gotta be good for they don't move

It's a very nice looking apartment complex the only issue is the waiting list is long they said a four year waiting list
