We purchased 35 acres from Hi Point Home Builders and built a beautiful home plus a 40x40 additional garage. My favorite part of the home is the rooftop deck with a hot tub on it. I contacted Highpoint based on a parade of homes house they built. They allowed me to alter it in many of ways from the original design and they worked with me to customize the home in a way that fit my dream home needs. Its been about an 8 month process and get the keys in a couple weeks. Given the covid era I feel that's a great turn around. As far as communication, the owner, project manager on site or the designer call us to communicate whats on the board for the week, what items were completed or generally asking small details like which way we prefer our shower door to open. They have been nothing but wonderful and stress free to work with as I am an out of state owner.
