Doug is a great guy. He was always there when we needed him. He was always on top of everything. Trustworthy and reliable. If you want the house of your dreams, Doug will make it happen.

I would give him zero stars if I could. I did not originally rent from him. He purchased my building and then asked for a list of repairs on December 1 of 2025. HE as the new owner requested a list of repairs of the building which I gave him in writing on the 1st of December 2025. It was not a long list. It was to notify him that my windows did not lock, and that there was rotting wood in one of the bedrooms on the window trim. I have never met him in person as a tenant. He has only left papers at my door or letters in my mailbox. I find him extremely unprofessional I will be meeting him for the first time when I leave my current building. I gave him that list not only did he NOT contact me but when I contacted him that my shower didn’t work he made the excuse that it was too expensive to

Fantastic communication and guidance throughout the entire process of selling my home, (plus a little bonus psychology lesson here and there), as well as buying our next one.
