I get that repairs take time but the property manager doesn't even bother to acknowledge a complaint. The last time that we had a plumbing problem, were there was sewage in our kitchen. She wouldn't let me fill out a work order, said that she did it for us, when she wasn't even in the office that day and then we had to live with sewage in our kitchen for 3 days. The problem wasn't resolved until we called the office for a different complex in the neighboring county. The biggest issue for me is that the major that affect health and safety problems are ignored. Thw only work being done is law care and even then it's only in sports of 3 days of work and a week or 3 of rest.

Worst place I ever lived. Hallways were never cleaned, I would make a maintenance request and the manager would mark it complete without ever coming to my apartment. I couldn’t pay my rent online because my account was always screwed up with fees I didn’t owe. There was no landscaping, trash was just left all over the place and I didn’t feel safe there. It used to be a nice property until management ran it in the ground.

Haven't rented here, but I did see the parking lots and inside of one of the buildings and one of the units in the building. A pretty average type of apartment complex set up type. A bit dated, could all use updating. But it wasn't too bad. Livable.

This place is absolute garbage and so is the manager. The manager would not fix anything, would not give us our key to the mail box, our sink was leaking and they did nothing and they threatened us multiple times to pay rent or get evicted the day rent was due. The manager (Andre) is very unprofessional and rude. DO NOT RENT THESE APARTMENTS

I've tried to veiw a downstairs 3 bdr twice now and no one is ever there to show apartment to me. I've called and made appointments and still no one there. I'm still very interested but don't want it to be a waste of gas and time for the third time.
