I had such a great experience working with Liliana at the apartment complex. From the very beginning, she was welcoming, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. Genuinely the worst place I have ever rented at. Moved in December of 2024 and everything was good for maybe two months. The first major issue we had was our downstairs toilet completely overflowing and flooding the entire kitchen even though nobody had used it since the night before and it was perfectly fine when I left for work that day. We called the front office and they sent maintenance to check it out and all they did was flush the toilet a few times and tell me nothing was wrong with it. They didn’t help clean the mess, they didn’t send anybody to clean behind the cabinets to prevent mold growth and they didn’t fix the issue. I’ve been interested in moving closer to UTSA campus. Sierra from the leasing office scheduled a tour for me right away! She also gave me the tour and answered all of my questions! So excited to lease in the Fall!!

❌ A month with the gate open at Night. ❌ Long grass, more than a month like this. ❌ The pool is always closed. They say they'll fix it, but it's not true. All summer without a pool. When there's a complaint, no one can help. They don't answer phone calls or emails. The only person in the office is a girl who doesn't know what's going on.

Property manager Liniana Espinoza was amazing, explained everything in great deatail, kind, funny and smart. I highly recommend you rent from this place, ask for my Friend Liniana. GREAT PRICES, maintenance guys are also amazing, great team, oh and I forgot the leasing lady Sierra is an absolute superstar.
