Heron Creek

We had a great experience signing the lease and working with the office staff but when we got the keys and got to the apartment we realized the back door does not lock and the front door is not lined up correctly with the lock mechanism so we struggled for about 15 mins to get the door locked. We were not able to move in due to these issues and it being the weekend and not being able to get a hold of the office until Monday. We are hoping the issues will get fixed ASAP and we can get moved in.

I live in this apartment complex, and the quality is very good. The community is friendly, the prices are affordable, and the gym is well maintained. I enjoy using the gym, but I do wish it had more new equipment, as it is used frequently by residents. Overall, it is a great place to live.

I've lived at Heron Creek in Moses Lake, WA for about a year and a half. I thought I was lucky to miss the gunplay that happened right before I moved in. Nope. In just the past month and a half, I've seen police surround the area with barricades, throw flashbangs, shoot in tear gas, and pull out armed suspects — including alleged rapists — at gunpoint, sometimes past midnight. There have been several serious police incidents here. When I first moved in, things were good. The original landlady was fantastic — responsive, helpful, on top of everything. We had ants? She got an exterminator. We moved in? We got pool and weight room keys right away. Fast forward: we’re on our third handyman. The original office lady is gone. I am happy that I got to go in to Heron Creek and meet the lady’s after all the nasty things people said about management. They were both super helpful and very honest about the property , I definitely feel like this is the right place for my sister . Thanks Lady’s

The new property manager has a sweet smile, very nice. Lots of kids are playing in the swimming pool. Very clean.
